Specialized Manipulative Robotic Complexes
- RC1: metal part marking, including application of VIN codes. High maneuverability and precision.
- RC2: welding automation including spot welding, laser welding, and welding in protective gas environments. Complex motion trajectories, high-temperature resistance, strict safety parameters.
Mobile Robotic Complexes
- RC3: transport of large metal parts between processing stations and assembly lines
- RC4: moving and towing specialized platforms in heavy assembly workshops
- RC5: transport within warehouse facilities, including a platform for large metal parts and a motion capture system
Welding Manipulator
Sylvester pantograph-based 6-DOF hybrid manipulator for 100kg spot welding. RL-tuned MPC meta-parameters for adaptive control under part variability. First use of Sylvester pantograph as base structure in robotics.
